In the present invention, a biochemical material fermentation strain having enhanced biochemical material productivity can be produced by improving the usage speed of xylose by adjusting the conditions of a culture medium step by step. By means of a producing method of the present invention, time and costs spent to produce a biochemical material during sugar fermentation can be saved. Moreover, when a gene is manipulated for the purpose of removing the glucose controlling of a parent strain, a strain in which a gene recombinant system is not established can be usefully improved. Furthermore, a strain produced through the producing method according to the present invention has excellent biochemical material productivity. Accordingly, when the same is used, a biochemical material such as organic acid can be effectively produced using a saccharification liquid including xylose as a substrate.
