摘要

The present invention provides a manufacturing method of integrated liner and boss for a composite LPG cylinder, which comprises a step of injecting a liner base of thermoplastic resin into a mold; a step of inserting an air nozzle, which has a boss inserted into an insertion end, into the mold; a step of integrally forming the boss and the liner by blowing air with an air nozzle so as to expand the inside of the liner base; and a step of drawing the air nozzle separated from the boss. Accordingly, the boss is integrally combined when molding the liner whereas in the conventional method, a boss and a liner are separately manufactured and, then, the boss and the liner are adhered again. Therefore, the entire process is simple and convenient, which enhances the workability and the productivity by reducing the manufacturing costs.
