CYLINDRICAL MOLD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC PIPE AND MANUFACTURE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC PIPE

PURPOSE:To facilitate releasing of a mold by providing a clamping material for fastening a flange part in keeping off at least a necessary distance sufficient to pull out a plastic pipe manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 4 is loosened which clamps the upper flange 21 and lower flange 22 of a cylindrical main body 1, and then a projected bolt 5 is so loosened that the flanges 21, 22 slightly open at a predetermined angle. Thereafter, in a state of the cylindrical main body opened slightly, the bolt 4 is fixed thereon. Next, the cylindrical main body 1 is rotated a few times at a low speed in order to separate the FRP pipe manufactured from the cylindrical main body 1. The rotation of the cylindrical main body 1 is effected by a rotating guide 3 in use of a driving roller. Following this, one end of the separated FRP pipe left intact in the cylindrical main body is fixed, and the FRP pipe is extracted therefrom by moving the cylindrical main body in the reverse direction.
