The present invention relates to a food composition containing a fermented product of a novel Bacillus sp. strain with thrombolytic activity for improving thrombus and blood circulation and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a food composition containing a fermented product of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens MieV B1105 (Accession No.: KCTC 12081BP) with thrombolytic activity for improving thrombus and blood circulation, and a method for producing the same.
