The present invention relates to a coupler for a branch pipe in a sewerage system, which connects a branch pipe to a perforated hole formed on a main pipe in a sewerage system. The coupler comprises: an extending unit which has a hollow space for inserting a branch pipe, and surrounds the circumference of the branch pipe; a pressurizing unit which is connected with the back side of the extending unit in order to extend the hollow space, is flexible, and pressurizes the circumference of a perforated hole in a state of being inserted into the perforated hole, by having an outward round shape; and a hanging unit which is connected with the back side of the pressurizing unit in order to extend the hollow space, and is hung on the inner surface of a main pipe by having a larger external diameter than the diameter of the perforated hole.
