Powders of functional lotus seeds, a lotus root, pine pollen, gardenia seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, and ginseng, coloring agents, and savouring agent are added when mixing a predetermined amount of softened lotus leave powder of which a bitter taste and odor are removed with rice powder, flour, and starch by a usual method and kneading. The lotus leave powder using functional lotus leaves having an excellent antioxidative activity, an excellent antibiotic action, the natural of a medicine, and therapeutic performance is utilized for producing wrappers of favorite foods such as a half-moon-shaped rice cake, a sticky rice cake, a steamed bread, and a dumpling. Therefore, the present invention utilizes lotus leaves, which are mostly dumped when harvesting a lotus root and which have a good texture and which are digested well, for wrappers of favorite food.
