The present invention relates to a preparation method of an amorphous silicon oxide coated carbon-based composite which comprises: a step of coating the surface of a carbon material with a silane polymer by putting the carbon material and the silane polymer into a solvent, and stirring the mixture; a step of evaporating the solvent and drying the carbon-based composite coated with the silane polymer; and a step of heat-processing the carbon-based composite coated with the silane polymer.
