Duplex vibriocidal assay for simultaneously determining vibriocidal titers of mixed vibrio vaccines

The present invention relates to a duplex vibriocidal assay capable of simultaneously measuring vibriocidal serum antibody titer with respect to each serotype when a combined Vibrio vaccine prepared by mixing two or more kinds of strains is evaluated after the combined vaccine is administrated. The assay of the present invention can obtain the same level of results as a single vibriocidal assay with respect to efficiency, and can reduce analysis time, labor, an amount of reagents, and the amount of serum necessary for analysis compared to the single vibriocidal assay.
