The present invention relates to a door opening/closing apparatus with a locking device, a door handle thereof, and a door thereof and, more specifically, to a door opening/closing apparatus with a locking device, which simplifies a four-step operation including steps of holding or gripping an existing door handle, applying power to the door handle, and pushing or pulling the door handle to open the door, and turning the door handle in order to easily open and close the door at the same time by performing one step operation of pushing or pulling the door at the inside or the outside of a room and which also includes a locking device, to a door handle thereof, and a door thereof. The door opening/closing apparatus with the locking device comprises a drive shaft (10) which has a guide rail (12) provided to drive the transverse movement of a latch and which is formed to move in the longitudinal direction; one or more house springs (20) formed to supply a returning force to the drive shaft (10) during the longitudinal movement of the drive shaft; a spring cover (22) transmitting the restoring force of the house spring (20) to the drive shaft (10); a latch driving unit (30) operating the latch while moving in the transverse direction of the drive shaft (10) to correspond to the guide rail according to the longitudinal movement of the drive shaft (10); and a fixing plate preventing the linear movement of the house spring (20) while allowing pressurization of the house spring. Accordingly, the door opening/closing apparatus (1) is capable of opening the door by a simple operation such as pushing or pulling the door without turning the door handle.
