The present invention relates to a novel Terrimonas ferruginea strain having a growth promoting ability and a flocculation activity of microalgae. A strain of the present invention not only promotes a growth of Chlorella genus two times or greater than the regular speed, but also improves a flocculation efficiency, thereby being practically applicable to culturing and harvesting steps of the microalgae.
