The present invention relates to a device to control a main steam temperature of a boiler. More specifically, the device to control the main steam temperature of the boiler comprises: a first feed-forward controller including a plate superheater converting saturated water vapor flowed in from a catch steam separator of a boiler into superheated steam, and a final superheater connected to the plate superheater supplying overheated vapor to a turbine predicting the steam temperature of the rear end of the plate superheater; a second feed-forward controller predicting the temperature of a pipe of the final superheater; and a cascade controller transmitting the output of the first and second feed-forward controllers controlling the temperature of the superheated steam flowed in from the final superheater.
