Integrated Rice Distribution and Inventory Management System

The present invention relates to a rice processing complex and a rice distribution management system and, more specifically, to a rice processing complex including a measuring device for measuring the quality of polished rice and to a rice distribution management system. To this end, the rice distribution management system comprises a drying storage center and a rice processing complex, wherein the rice processing complex includes a distribution management database which stores weight information and position information of multiple types of warehoused or delivered rice classified according to before and after processing or the degree of processing and quality information of the warehoused rice along with grower identification information; multiple storage tanks which store the multiple types of the rice by type; a quality measuring unit which stores the quality of the rice stored in the storage tank including rice bran; an identification information input unit which receives and transmits the grower identification information of unhulled rice among the multiple types of rice; multiple auto weighers which are respectively installed in an entrance gate and an exit gate of each storage tank, detect the weight of the warehoused or delivered rice, and transmit the detected weight information and rice information of the rice; and a distribution information management unit which matches the weight information and the position information of the rice provided from the auto weigher with the grower identification information provided from the identification information input unit, stores the matched information in the distribution management database, and manages the stored information.
