A coupled torsion beam axle suspension of the present invention includes: a torsion beam (1) having an opened portion opened across the width of a vehicle while the opened portion is extended toward a left and a right wheel; and a head wind under cover (10) placed on the entire length of the torsion beam (1) in order to operate to prevent a head wind (W) from converting into a vortex in the opened portion of the torsion beam (1). Therefore, fuel efficiency is improved by a reduction of aerodynamic resistance due to the head wind (W) and, more specifically, the head wind resistance reducing type coupled torsion beam axle suspension prevents a coating film from chipping due to sand or gravel bounced from the road surface in order to eliminate usage of a chipping tape to prevent corrosion.
