The present invention relates to a Korean-learning apparatus using cued speech, comprising an input tool which receives an input information by which users manipulate a menu or a key; a controlling tool which activates a Korean-learning application based on the input information and detects shapes of hands and mouth and positions of hands in a cued speech corresponding to phonemes via the application; and a display tool which displays the phonemes and the detected shape of the hand and mouth and positions of the hand, thereby perfectly showing the phonemes of consonants and vowels without an articulation system and enabling users to learn the cued speech quickly in a convenient manner.
