The present invention relates to a SLA-2 genotype analysis method , and more particularly relates to a method for analyzing the SLA-2 genotype via direct sequencing of the genomic DNA. According to the present invention as described above , are suitable for genomic PCR to amplify all alleles by devising a primer set with minimal variability in amplification efficiency of the alleles , the allele based on the information of genomic DNA without cloning steps correct the genotype of all SLA-2 alleles by PCR and direct sequencing , and there is an effect that can be analyzed easily . ;
