The present invention relates to a measurement device for a strain of an FPSO mooring line to moor a special vessel which is a floating production storage offloading (FPSO), purifying crude oil extracted from a marine plant or a drill ship and storing the crude oil to enable loading of the crude oil on a shuttle tanker or on an extra transfer place. More specifically, the measurement device for a strain of an FPSO mooring line combines an FBG sensor having a lattice structure inside an optical fiber and a vibration type deformation measurement sensor connected to an anchor to easily measure the deformation of a mooring cable. The present invention provides the measurement device for a strain of an FPSO mooring line which comprises: a monitoring device installed inside the FPSO; a mooring line inserted into the seabed to anchor the FPSO at sea, having a plurality of FBG sensors inside or outside the mooring line; vibration type deformation measurement device connected to one end part of the mooring line inserted into the seabed; and the vibration type deformation measurement sensor mutually connecting the vibration type deformation measurement device and the anchor mounted on the seabed floor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
