The present invention relates to: a crystalline zeolite catalyst for producing mixed xylene from ethanol; a method for producing the same; and a method for producing mixed xylene using the same catalyst. More specifically, one selected from a group consisting of hexamethyl diamine (HMDA), toluene diamine, and ethylene diamine is used as a template for the crystalline zeolite catalyst. The crystalline zeolite catalyst carries 0.5-1.5 wt% of zinc with respect to zeolite. According to the present invention, the catalyst of the present invention has high selectivity with respect to mixed xylene even at moderate space velocity because hexamethylenediamine is used for the catalyst and the catalyst carries zinc. The catalyst has a proper acid center and acidity because silica and alumina has a certain mole ratio. The catalyst, produced at certain mole ratio of hexamethylenediamine and silica and at a certain mole ratio of sodium hydroxide and silica, has crystalline properties. Therefore, mixed-xylene selectivity of the catalyst can be increased by 30% or greater. Furthermore, mixed-xylene selectivity can be increased by 35% or greater by producing mixed xylene using a raw material for reaction in which ethanol, methanol, and water are mixed at a certain ratio. Accordingly, xylene can be produced from ethylene, a substitute for petroleum used to cope with high oil prices and oil depletion, at a high yield.
