This invention delivers the sugared apple in order to maintain the original flavor of apple with no chemical but improved storage. Especially, the sugared apple of this invention is applicable as a filling for cookies, bread, or cake in the baking and/or bread making such as apple pie, apple pound cake, apple tart, and muffin.
