This invention is about the sugared apple, which includes the sugar of 80 - 300 part by weight, cinnamon of 0.1 - 3 part by weight, and alcohol of 0.01 - 3 part by weight based on the apple of 100 part by weight, and preparing methods thereof. This invention delivers the sugared apple in order to maintain the original flavor of apple with no chemical but improved storage. Especially, the sugared apple of this invention is applicable as a filling for cookies, bread, or cake in the baking and/or bread making such as apple pie, apple pound cake, apple tart, and muffin.
