The present invention relates to: an immunoassay method using hapten and an antibody bound thereto as a reference antibody; and an immunological analyzer using the same reference antibody. According to the present invention, immunological analysis can be performed by reflecting environment of a surrounding area. For example, a value of a test area, which is changed by external factors such as a sample, the temperature of a device, the injection amount of the sample, ingredients of the sample, and variability of the device, is applied to a standard area and is changed to correct a result value. The immunoassay method rarely cause non-specific reaction with substances in a sample, and thus can minimize analysis error.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
