摘要

The present invention relates to heat treatment apparatus, a system, and a method. The heat treatment apparatus, system, and method of the present invention comprises: an inner body which is formed in a certain length and includes a heating means; an external chamber with the heating means formed to cover the inner body with a gap, and including an inlet through which a sheet-typed subject to be processed is inserted and an outlet through which the same is discharged; and a power supply which applies power to the heating means mounted in the inner body or the external chamber. The apparatus, system, and method perform heat treatment to sheet-typed subject to be processed which is inserted into the space between the inner body and the external chamber by the heated inter body or outer body. The heat treatment apparatus, system, and method of the present invention uses the heat treatment device which includes the inner body and the external chamber for heat treatment by rolling the subject to be processed to prevent the surface of the sheet-typed subject from shrinking or thermal damages, thus improve the quality and reduce the costs of the subject.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
