The present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens K2G strain, which has a superior activity for removing anti-nutritional factors, a superior protease activity, a superior antimicrobial activity against pathogens, a reduced productive capacity of mucilage, a method for producing a fermented soybean meal using the same, a fermented soybean meal produced by the same, and a feed composition containing the same. According to the present invention, the fermented soybean meal which is produced by using a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens K2G strain is almost lost of various anti-nutritional factors such as a trypsin inhibitor, soybean oligosaccharides and polysaccharides, etc.; has a high crude protein content, and a high protein solubility; and is composed of small-sized peptides which can be easily digested absorbed by livestock. Accordingly, the present invention can be usefully used as a high-quality vegetable protein feed, which has a superior absorption rate and feed efficiency.
