The dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention uses a mesoporous tungsten suboxide (WO3-x) as a counter electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell based on a T2 / T-electrolyte, And a 79% improvement in efficiency. In addition, the dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention exhibited excellent characteristics in the evaluation through cyclic voltammetry, electrhochemical impedance spectroscopy, and tafel polarization curve analysis.
