The present invention relates to a system for controlling an operating angle of a combat vehicle with wheels capable of widening an operating range of mission equipment by changing an operating angle of the mission equipment by converting a position of the combat vehicle with wheels by controlling the front and rear wheels of the combat vehicle with wheels at the same time; and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the system for controlling an operating angle of a combat vehicle with wheels capable of adjusting an operating angle of mission equipment mounted on a combat vehicle with wheels including a front wheel of a double wishbone type, and a rear wheel of a trailing arm type comprises: a signal sensing module to sense an operating angle changing signal for setting an operating angle of the mission equipment upwards or downwards more than a reference angle; and a wheel control module to brake the front wheel when the operating angle changing signal is detected, and to set the operating angle of the mission equipment upwards or downwards by rotating the rear wheel forwards or backwards.
