Disclosed are a monitoring device for preventing the immoral operation of temperature data of a cold storage and a system for recording the refrigeration temperature of a cold storage. The system for recording the refrigeration temperature of a cold storage comprises: a plurality of monitoring devices installed on cold storage to measure refrigeration temperature in the cold storage, detecting whether a module for generating refrigeration temperature information is opened or not, and sending opening detection information; a main server, when the opening detection information is received from at least one monitoring device of the monitoring devices, generating warning information including the position of at least one monitoring device; and a user terminal outputting alarm data according to the warning information sent from the main server.
