The present invention relates to a hybrid system for a commercial vehicle and a special motor vehicle and a method for controlling the hybrid system. The system is combined in hybrid way with an alternator and a refrigerant compressor of an air conditioner to be able to connect or release, and comprises an emergency steering pump which provides a steering actuator with oil in case a vehicle engine stops suddenly. Accordingly, the effect of being able to maintain a capacity of the steering is obtained by operating the emergency steering pump combined in hybrid way with the alternator by utilizing battery power in case the engine stops suddenly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
