The present invention relates to a method of selectively recovering indium and gallium from a mixed scrap of indium, gallium, and zinc and, more specifically, relates to a method of selectively recovering indium (In) and gallium (Ga) which are valuable metals from waste LED mixture, indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) scrap, other electronic wastes or the like which contains indium, gallium, and zinc, by separating, leaching, and using a solvent extraction method. Therefore, indium and gallium are separated and recovered from waste resources generated in a manufacturing process in order to be reused as valuable resources. The method of selectively recovering indium and gallium from the mixed scraps of indium, gallium, and zinc comprises: (P100) a grinding process; (P200) a leaching solution preparing process; (P300) an indium separation process; (P400) a gallium separation process; (P310) an indium recovery process; and (P410) a gallium recovery process.
