METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CREATING MINING PATTERNS FOR BIOMEDICAL LITERATURE

The present invention relates to a method and a system for creating a mining pattern for mining biomedical literature information. The method comprises: a source DB construction step of analyzing a biomedical literature source by each component based on a natural language process, extracting bio NE from the biomedical literature source, matching a tag to each component, and generating a source DB where each component of the biomedical literature source is tagged by the tag; a mining pattern extracting step of receiving a relation pattern selectively composed of a combination of the bio NE and the component from a user through a user tool, extracting a relative pattern based on the relation pattern from the source DB, providing the user with the extracted relative pattern, and setting a pattern that the user selects as a mining pattern among the source pattern or the extracted relative pattern; and a text mining step of carrying out a mining for the biomedical literature source with the mining pattern. According to the present invention, the user is capable of directly generating the mining pattern for mining information which is necessary in a biomedical literature, which is a user-centered mining pattern to carry out a mining of the biomedical information.
