The present invention relates to a device for creating a discriminant model and a method for deriving a discriminant model to create a discriminant model which more accurately and easily determines a sex addict by measuring the amount of a change in a signal generated in a specific area of his/her brain when a sexual excitement occurs by using a standardized sexual arousal and a functional magnetic resonance imaging. The device for discriminating a sex addict using a standardized sexual arousal and a functional magnetic resonance imaging related to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a sexual arousal unit for performing a sexual arousal process targeting a subject for inducing a sexual excitement of the subject; a functional magnetic resonance imaging unit for acquiring a brain image of the subject; an image processing unit for creating cerebrum activation information data by using the brain image of the subject acquired by the functional magnetic resonance imaging unit; and a determinant model deducting unit for creating a determinant model for determining if the subject is a sex addict or not based on the cerebrum activation information data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
