The present invention relates to a probe for identifying a genotype of Streptococcus iniae capable of hybridizing with fragment sequences, which includes a T368C or T385G single nucleotide polymorphism mutation in a cpsD sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 Streptococcus iniae under stringent conditions, and more specifically, relates to a kit for identifying the virulence of Streptococcus inae simply, quickly, and precisely by allowing genotypes affecting the virulence to exhibit a different melting temperature for each genotype using peptide nucleic acids (PNA) with excellent coherence with DNA.
