The present invention relates to a method for determining habitat of sea creatures, which measures a real time PCR method and stable isotope ratio of carbon and nitrogen together and accordingly resolves errors caused by which sea creatures with the same genetic information can inhabit the same place, due to the same genetic information, even though the sea creatures inhabit in different places wherein the method prevents habitat errors and accordingly provides accurate information on sea creatures considering ecological property of sea creatures, thereby building a foundation system for scientifically, rationally examining imported sea creatures.
