According to an embodiment of the present invention, a redundancy control device for a redundancy system comprises: a plurality of function blocks each performing a predetermined function; a redundancy configuration determination unit for determining function blocks to be included in a redundancy configuration based on a priority which is determined with respect to each of the function blocks; a function block activation unit for activating the function blocks included in the redundancy configuration and supplying power and an operation clock thereto, or for deactivating function blocks excluded from the redundancy configuration and blocking the power and the operation clock therefrom, according to the redundancy configuration; and a synchronization unit for synchronizing each of the function blocks included in the redundancy configuration with a function block for performing a function which is duplicated in another redundancy control device.
