The present invention relates to a method for producing granular rock wool siliceous fertilizer by using waste rock wool after hydroponics, and unused or newly produced rock wool (mineral wool), and to a method for producing liquid compound fertilizer comprising of calcium nitrate and silicic acid by using the granular rock wool siliceous fertilizer. Also, the present invention provides culture medium bed soil obtained by mixing pearlite, vermiculite, cocopeat, or peat moss to the granular rock wool siliceous fertilizer for improving effects of siliceous fertilizer. According to the present invention, waste rock wool after hydroponics can be used as a raw material to produce the granular rock wool siliceous fertilizer, thereby reducing production costs thereof, and the waste rock wool to be discarded after hydroponics is recycled, thereby supplying a raw material for free and solving problems of environmental contamination, etc. In addition, siliceous fertilizer can be produced by a customer by using a waste rock wool culture medium to be discarded after being used in a farm cultivating plant with using a rock wool culture medium. Also, liquid compound fertilizer (calcium nitrate + silicic acid) can be easily produced by using the granular rock wool siliceous fertilizer as a raw material.
