The present invention relates to a small power generator, which manufactures a sponge structure using particles of nano-sized polymer spherical polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), silica, etc. and polymer of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), etc., and uses static electricity generating a current and a voltage by an external stimulus and stress with the structure, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the small power generator of the sponge structure composed to use piezoelectricity and triboelectricity comprises: a first electrode; a polymer of the sponge structure formed on the first electrode; an insulating spacer for separating a second electrode from an upper portion of the polymer of the sponge structure for a certain distance; and the second electrode separated from the upper portion of the polymer of the sponge structure for the certain distance.
