According to the present invention, a construction method of a compaction grouting system (CGS) for an anti-seismic reinforcement and product quality management comprises: an injection pipe insertion step of inserting an injection pipe provided to inject grout into the ground into the ground; an injection step of injecting a fixated amount of the grout at a predetermined constant injection pressure per unit time into the ground through the injection pipe inserted in the injection pipe insertion step; a pressure measurement step of measuring a discharge pressure of the grout injected in the injection step; an injection adjustment step of adjusting one or more among the grout injection pressure in the injection step, and the unit time during which the fixated amount of the grout is injected in accordance to a change in the measured discharge pressure measured in the pressure measurement step; and a depth changing step of changing the depth of the injection pipe inserted into the ground after the injection of the grout is completed.
