The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for integrated operation management of a private bus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the private bus operation management method comprises: a step of receiving selection of a private bus operation agency among at least one bus route; a step of receiving boarding eligibility determination data corresponding to the private bus operation agency from a bus management server; and a step of determining whether it is eligible that a passenger boards by comparing data with respect to the passenger with a bus boarding condition of the boarding eligibility determination data if data with respect to the passenger is received. The boarding eligibility determination data contains a bus boarding condition corresponding to a bus route and a bus operation method, and each of bus routes among at least one bus route has different bus operation method or bus boarding condition respectively. Moreover, the operation of various bus routes and buses can be integrally managed through one terminal or application.
