The present invention relates to a hole filling method to remove a hole generated in an overlapping area due to an interference between structured light patterns when using multiple depth cameras. The hole filling method comprises the steps of: storing first depth data obtained by a first depth camera beforehand by turning on the first depth camera using the structured light pattern; turning on a second depth camera using the structured light pattern with a time interval when the first depth camera is turned on; obtaining a depth image including the holes generated in the overlapping area due to the interference between the structured light patterns in accordance with simultaneous operation of the first depth camera and the second depth camera; and filling the hole belonging to a background image area by replacing with a value of a corresponding position in a pre-stored first depth data when the hole is a hole belonging to the background image area of the depth image.
