The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously analyzing the genotypes of SLA-DQA, SLA-DQB1 and SLA-DRB1, which are three main SLA class II genes involved in a porcine immune response by using direct sequencing with genomic DNA multiplex PCR, and to a primer set used therein. According to the present invention, a multiplex PCR primer which can simultaneously amplify the loci of SLA-DQA, SLA-DQB1, SLA-DRB1 genes having very high polymorphism is provided, thereby enabling the simultaneous amplification and typing of multiple loci. Compared to a method for analyzing the sequence of each locus separately, the method of the present invention can provide advantages of lower analysis costs, use of less material, time saving, and the like and also have high precision, thereby providing convenience and efficiency.
