According to the present invention, a retractor for a seat belt having an overshoot mitigation module comprises: a frame; a spool provided inside the frame to be rotated for webbing to be wound and unwound; a torsion bar which is provided inside the spool, and rotates along with the spool by sharing the rotary shaft of the spool; a pretensioner provided on one side of the spool, and fixing one side of the torsion bar after rotating the torsion bar and the spool in a direction that the webbing is inserted in case an impact from the outside occurs; and an overshoot mitigation module provided on the other side of the spool, and rotating the other side of the torsion bar by rotating along with rotation of the spool after one side of the torsion bar is fixated by the pretensioner.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
