According to an embodiment of the present invention, a virtual load for a valve block test comprises: a first input port to introduce fluid from a valve block to be tested; a first discharge port to discharge the fluid to the valve block; a second discharge port to discharge the fluid to a fluid tank; and multiple flow rate control valves interposed between the first input port, the first discharge port, and the second discharge port. The present invention discharges the fluid introduced into the virtual load through the first input port to the first and second discharge ports. The present invention enables easy test of the valve block by providing the virtual load to replace an actual load for a valve block test.
