The present invention relates to a device and a method for measuring lithium concentration in a user′s blood. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for measuring the lithium concentration in the user′s blood in a wireless communication system includes: a blood input unit receiving the blood collected from a user; a measuring unit which measures the lithium concentration in the user′s blood based on the input blood; a display unit which displays the measurement result regarding the lithium concentration in the blood; and a control unit which determines that specific one of the predetermined range references of the lithium concentration in the blood corresponds to the measured lithium concentration in the blood, and controls the display unit to distinguish and display the measurement result according to the specific concentration reference determined in advance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
