The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a steel fiber for reinforcing concrete, which comprises: a body frame (100) composed of a plurality of frames; a support plate (102) installed on an upper surface of the body frame (100); a plurality of steel fiber supply rollers (110) rotationally and fixedly installed in one side of the body frame (100); a first steel fiber supply means (120) fixedly installed on an upper surface of the support plate (102); a first twisting means (150) twisting a steel fiber (S) to have a twister shape; a second steel fiber supply means (200) installed in one side of the first twisting means (150); a second twisting means (210) twisting the steel fiber (S) to have a twister shape; and a steel fiber cutting means (220) installed in the other side of the body frame (100), and cutting the steel fiber (S).
