The present invention relates to an insulating lightweight molded product capable of significantly improving insulation and lightweight functions by using a blast furnace fine powder and an expanded vermiculite compared with a conventional product and having an environment-friendly function and also relates to a manufacturing method thereof. The insulating lightweight molded product by using a blast furnace fine powder and an expanded vermiculite, and the manufacturing method thereof according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of dry mixing an aggregate and an environment-friendly bonding agent; a second step of adding water to the dry mixture of the aggregate and the environment-friendly bonding agent and thereby generating a first material; a third step of filling a second material comprising at least a portion of the first material inside a molded product mold; a fourth step of sealing the molded product mold filled with the second material and performing a free fall of the sealed molded product mold by using a pile driver; and a fifth step of curing a result from the fourth step wherein the aggregate includes an expanded vermiculite and stone dust and wherein the environment-friendly bonding agent includes a blast furnace slag fine powder and slaked lime.
