The present invention relates to an actuator for a high-pressure bypass control valve of a combined-cycle power plant, which comprises a cylinder, a piston provided in the cylinder and forming a first engaging portion along an inner surface thereof, A piston rod forming the second coupling portion, and a loosening preventing means for preventing loosening of the piston and the piston rod. Unlike the prior art, the present invention is able to prevent the piston and the piston rod from being loosened when the actuator is driven by coupling the piston and the piston rod in a screw tightening manner.
