The powder comprising nitrocellulose containing 212-214 ml of nitric oxide NO/g, diphenylamine, lead (II) - copper (II) phthalate oxide, black carbon and graphite, ethyl acetate and moisture, is formed with a bulk density of the powder elements of 0.59-0.71 kg/dm³ and the size of the powder elements of 0.2-0.4 mm.;EFFECT: invention provides reduction in weight of the powder charge of spherical powder, increase in the speed of small shot flight and reduction of muzzle pressure of powder gases at the weapon muzzle cut when firing.;1 tbl, 5 ex
