1. The method of logging the perforation channel and the associated characteristics of the perforation channel, including: a. placing a logging device including an ultrasonic transceiver in a well having a casing, the ultrasonic transceiver having a focal point located at a distance from the ultrasonic transceiver so that it is behind the inner surface of the casing; b. radiation of an ultrasonic signal from an ultrasonic receiver emitter; detecting the reflection of the ultrasonic signal from the inside of the perforation channel passing through the casing into the formation; measuring the time between transmission and reception of an ultrasonic signal; determining the position of the ultrasonic transceiver corresponding to ultrasonic transmission and reception of the reflected signal; e. repeating steps b) -e) several times and recording the received data; processing the received data using a computer and determining the size of the perforation channel. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the ultrasonic transceiver is located at a distance from the casing of the wellbore; the distance is such that reflections from the casing are reverberated and substantially scattered before the reflection from the inside of the perforation channel is received by the ultrasonic transceiver. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the distance is at least one third of the minimum length of the open channel that you want to measure.
