The Trichoderma harzianum Rifai strain is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms under registration number VKPM F-180. The strain is capable of producing L-lysine-alpha-oxidase and can be used particularly as an inhibitor of cucurbit bacterial spot caused by Acidovorax citrulli bacteria.;EFFECT: invention reduces loss of cucurbit crop.
