FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular, to manufacture of fruit products of apples and berry raw material. One performs apples preparation, uneatable parts and peel removal, apples cutting into 2-3 mm thick slices. The slices are frozen at a temperature of -20°C during 1 hour. Treatment is performed with a solution containing 50 wt % of natural sugar and 15 wt % of chokeberry juice or concentrated chokeberry juice at a temperature of 27-30°C during 40 minutes. The slices are dried by convection method till residual moisture content is equal to 2-4%.;EFFECT: manufactured product has directive antioxidant effect and an apple and citrus fruit taste and aroma.;3 cl, 2 tbl
