EARLY DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR SEVERE HERPES VIRUS INFECTION IN NEWBORN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: CD16+CD25+ and IL-6 are measured in blood of the newborn children born by mothers with persistent herpes virus infection on the 7-10 day. If the CD16+CD25+ values are 3.5% and less, while the IL-6 value is 32.6 pg/ml and more, the progression of severe infection caused by herpes simplex type 1 and 2 is diagnosed in the newborn children.
