Substance: the method includes dosing of powders of initial components for production of a solid solution of the BLTS system with structure of perovskite ABO3, grinding-mixing of powders and thermal treatment of a mixture of powders to produce a cake of crystallites, crushing and grinding of the crystallites cake into powder with average size of powder grains of not more than 2 mcm, addition to the produced powder of the blowing agent in the form of granules with diameter of 5…30 mcm from burnable organic material, formation of stocks for sintering, baking of stocks in atmosphere-forming fill, mechanical treatment for production of stocks of piezoelements, metallisation of stocks of piezoelements, polarisation of stocks. The operation of baking of stocks of composite piezoceramic materials is carried out in the atmosphere-forming fill, which represents a mechanical mixture of two previously prepared atmosphere-forming fills, the first of which is a 30% lead-containing fll, and the second one - 50% bismuth-containing fill.;EFFECT: production of high piezoparameters and high anisotropy of piezoparameters at low mechanical quality of thickness and radial modes of piezoelements oscillation.;6 cl, 1 tbl
