FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to forming of semis from aluminium-based alloys. Proposed process comprises making of billet heating, hot forming by extrusion thereof through female die with further heat processing. Note here that billet extrusion is performed through forming cone of female die, cone generatrix inclination angle α to its axis making 30-45 degrees at the turn of female die cone squeezing part relative to the cone first cross-section through angle θ0(z) equal to 135-225° at drawing factor λ equal to 27.0-42.0. Female die for bar forming includes forming cone and working bead corresponding to bar profile. Note here that said inclination angle α between cone generatrix and its axis makes 30-45 degrees.
